Smorgasburg Toronto

Smorgasburg is the largest weekly open-air food market in America, attracting thousands of people to Brooklyn, Manhattan, Jersey City, Los Angeles and Miami each weekend to eat from dozens of local vendors. Kyoto Katsugyu were selected as one of the starting vendors for its first debut in Toronto. Our team planned, organized and executed the entire event from start to finish, selling close to 1000 Japanese sandos in one day as the best performing vendor of the entire event. On top of that, we also designed & produced the tent banner, menu, A-Frame poster, pickup token and all the marketing materials & campaigns associated with the event.
